I tried Cattevo oil almost out of curiosity, especially for the particular name, and I must say that it surprised me a lot. You can immediately tell that it is not an industrial product: intense but balanced aroma, decisive taste without being aggressive and a quality that remains even raw. I used it both on bruschetta and on simpler dishes and it really changes the final result. Very careful packaging and brand identity well recognizable.

We bought some bottles of Cattevo during a tasting and honestly it was one of the most interesting products we tried this year. Balanced, fresh oil, with very pleasant herbal notes and a slightly spicy finish that gives personality without covering the food. Even those at home who normally do not pay much attention to oil noticed the difference. You can see that there is attention both to the product and to the presentation.
